The Importance of Servicing

A regular service not only keeps your watch running at its best, it also helps prevent long term damage and maintain its value.

Why does my watch need servicing?

Like a car, watches need a range of oils and lubricants to keep their mechanical parts working.

How often should it be serviced?

Usually every 3 to 5 years. If not serviced regularly, these oils start to break down so instead of lubricating the components, they begin to cause wear and damage.

What’s included in the price?

As part of our service cost, we include: the replacement of the mainspring and gaskets, pressure testing for waterproof watches, full clean of case and bracelet, 12-month warranty and complimentary service box.

What happens to my watch?

Every watch is inspected then estimated before being: stripped down, cleaned, reassembled and tested for a week.
